Sandra Mezzadri, Founder & CEO
In defence, space and security, access to markets and programmes increasingly depends on the ability to understand complex institutional and industrial ecosystems, anticipate emerging priorities and build the right partnerships. Cooperation between complementary industrial players can be a powerful enabler of innovation, competitiveness, market access and successful programme development.
MSB helps clients navigate these ecosystems and translate strategic opportunities into action and business. We support them in shaping market strategies, identifying and developing business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships and industrial cooperation, building consortia and engaging with the right institutional and industrial stakeholders.
MSB works through its founder, Sandra Mezzadri, who bridges two worlds that rarely meet: the EU Brussels ecosystem, the Defence domain and the industrial world. She advises the European Commission and is recognised as an expert across the defence, space and security industry, with an active voice in leading European defence think tanks.
That dual standing lets MSB read Europe’s strategic direction early, understand what it means for a client’s business, and work hand-in-hand with their internal teams — from strategy, to business development, and projects delivery.
MSB Headquartered in Brussels, at the heart of the European decision-making ecosystem, and with a strong presence in Italy and across key European markets, MSB is ideally positioned to provide strategic insight, local expertise and hands-on support where decisions, partnerships and business opportunities are shaped.
